AM.INVESTMENTS - Unified Investments Support Platform under The NATIONAL CENTER Foundation performs functions of professional platform and offers various services for investors.
The Support Platform creates mechanisms for interaction between business and government agencies and offers transparency of business procedures in various fields of activity. It is implemented through the developed step-by-step instructions, which also provided with all the necessary documents and recommendations.
Our goal is to improve the business environment in Armenia, develop convenient mechanisms for business and create an institutional resource for serving to entrepreneurs and facilitating the attraction of investments.

The Made in Armenia Collective mark
THE OFFICIAL COLLECTIVE MARKS are for Armenian manufacturers will be registered with AIPO across 30 product classes. Made in Armenia collective marks unite Armenian manufacturing sectors and help consumers, buyers and specifiers identify products made by our members.
Made in Armenia is Collective Mark of Armenian high quality products. To comply with the collective mark rules, members that manufacture in Armenia can use the Collective Mark Made in Armenia to identify their products.
WHO CAN USE THE OFFICIAL COLLECTIVE MARKS
Our objective as an structure is to unite, support and promote all manufacturers who produce products in the geographical Territory of Armenia to help them leverage proximity, transparency, responsibility and high quality in the marketing of such Armenian products as a business advantage. We also aim to raise awareness of all Armenian manufacturing sectors and communicate this strategically in a positive way to businesses and consumers in Armenia and especially overseas.
Only members of Made in Armenia are licensed to use the official, protected marks. All companies that apply to use the Made in Armenia mark may be asked to submit written evidence of where they manufacture their products. A Made in Armenia mark is accredited to businesses that manufacture goods in Armenia. You can check your eligibility to apply here.
Made in Armenia adheres to advice on country of origin labelling. Country of origin is therefore the country in which a product last underwent a final treatment or process resulting in a substantial change.
Payment of annual membership fees is currently not required, our service includes a license to use the mark, which is already prepared in several versions and file types so designers can use it across packaging, in print, on products and in social media. Members all receive a handbook explaining how to make the mark look correct across hundreds of different applications.
We provide all members with a suite of Made in Armenia marks in various formats. And we’ve mapped out all the file types you’ll need: JPEG, CMYK, RGB, EPS so the mark is consistent.

Principles of The Made in Armenia
The Made in Armenia principles unites all our members by setting out the core principles and business standards to which members of Made in Armenia are expected to adhere, thus safeguarding the reputation of the Mark, the Made in Armenia organisation and the Armenia made products to which the mark is applied.
The cprinciples is published here on our website and must be signed by all Made in Armenia members upon joining the organisation and every year upon renewal. The signatory must be the business owner, a company director or person authorised to act on their behalf.
The Made in Armenia membership organisation aims to provide assurance that products are identified as being made in the geographical territory of Armenia and that our members adhere to the highest standards.
1. Members of Made in Armenia control and manage / subcontract a factory, workshop or studio where people make finished physical products and finished digital products. Member businesses must share evidence of this activity and share examples of where they apply the official collective mark.
2. Members must be able to provide evidence their business is using the mark according to the Made in Armenia organisation’s published terms. The collective mark must be used only on products that are made in Armenia. Members using the mark on their products that are not made in Armenia can be suspended.
3. Members should inform the organisation if they discover possible misuse or misrepresentation of the collective mark. Made in Armenia will investigate cases of passing off, misuse, use without being a member and other mark applications that contravene our published terms and conditions, with advice from our legal advisors.
4. When renewing membership once per year, the business representative must declare any change in annual revenue/turnover. The organisation must know when your business should progress into a new tier of membership.
5. Members of Made in Armenia must be committed to providing skilled/semi-skilled work environments, where competent people are properly rewarded to carry out fulfilling and rewarding manufacturing of physical and digital products.
6. Members of Made in Armenia adhere to all relevant health and safety laws and regulations, providing a clean and safe environment in which to work.
7. Members share with Made in Armenia their accreditations and, where applicable, their achievements regarding sustainable manufacturing, the environment and ‘net zero’ targets and climate protection.
8. Members of Made in Armenia must adhere to all regulations and legislation set out by government regarding; modern slavery, child labour and anti-bribery/anti-corruption. Members shall act fairly and ethically in all their commercial activities by not engaging in any corrupt activity or act of bribery. Members of Made in Armenia must not knowingly politicise the Made in Armenia organisation and its collective mark in any way whatsoever.
9. All Made in Armenia member products that qualify under our terms and conditions to carry the collective mark, must comply with product-specific legislation, regulations, codes, standards and other third party requirements regarding materials, performance, contaminants and product safety criteria. Members of Made in Armenia shall not make false claims or representations about the quality, composition or performance of any of their products.
10. Members of Made in Armenia shall adhere to relevant legislation prohibiting the restraint of trade, unfair practices and abuse of economic powers. Members shall comply with appropriate competition legislation where applicable and ensure that relevant employees understand the provisions of these laws where appropriate.
11. Members of Made in Armenia are expected to explore all reasonable options to trade with fellow members and other Armenia suppliers and manufacturers. The Made in Armenia mark helps make it easier to identify and buy products made closer to home. Made in Armenia encourages members, government, local authorities, buyers, specifiers and the general public to purchase more Armenian made products from its members and other Armenia makers.
12. All members of Made in Armenia are expected to comply with the items set out in this code of conduct. A member that is found to not conform with this code (non-conformity) will be expected to rectify the identified non-conformity as soon as is practical.
13. Made in Armenia reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the membership of any member business for failure to rectify an issue of non-conformity with this code of conduct within the agreed time frame.

Membership
MADE IN ARMENIA supports manufacturers who produce products in the geographical Territory of Armenia, including Artskh; by helping them take advantage of the provenance of Armenian products. We promote Armenian manufacturing to businesses and consumers in the Armenia and overseas. You can check if you are eligible for membership here.
The application form must be completed by the business owner, a Company Director or person authorised to act on their behalf. Before you complete the form, we recommend you to read our Terms & Conditions. We may request to visit your manufacturing facility at any time.
Membership is free at the moment. But in future the membership fee may be charged, that includes the annual licence to use the Made in Armenia collective mark and can be renewed every year.
The future cost of membership will based on annual turnover of the Company.
